About Me

My business aims to support bereaved people to regain their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing through proper stress management and good nutrition.

The emotional stress triggered by grief can cause all kinds of health issues in the short or long term. We may not notice it immediately, maybe only a year or two later, and we may be wondering whether we will ever feel well again.

Don’t get me wrong. It’s ok to not be ok. However, it is important to address any imbalances early on so that our body doesn’t have to work so hard at maintaining all body systems. After all, disease comes from ‘dis-ease’ and is nothing other than an accumulation of imbalances which have got out of hand.

As someone with personal experience of bereavement, I would like to inspire and empower bereaved people to take back control of their health and thereby their life.
