Is it time for change?

A lot has happened in the last few weeks. Not just in the outside world, but in our personal lives too. For some this period has seen an escalation of pressure they were already under. Work, parenting and family care responsibilities colliding, and throwing into sharp contrast the things we do and don’t want. For others it’s been a time for slowing down, reflection, and perhaps noticing that there might be a different way of doing life. Maybe even some of the things we thought we’d miss – we don’t miss at all.

So, what happens when we go back to “normal”?

Well that’s largely up to us. Every day we get to make choices about what we do and don’t want to do. Sometimes the choices are big and sometimes they are small, but they are our decisions to take.

If you’re thinking about making a change in your life or trying to hold onto the changes you’ve already made, then know that you are not alone.

Millions of people feel the same way right now. Even if the changes they want to make are different.

Sometimes change is difficult, and sometimes it’s easy. If you’re struggling or would like support in making a change, then a life coach could be a great option for you.

I’m a wellbeing life coach, which means I support people with making changes in their life which relate to improving their sense of wellbeing. I never tell anyone what they should or shouldn’t do. That comes from you. Your choices.

What I can help with is dealing with some of the challenges which get in your way. Does pressure to take care of the family cause you to relegate your self-care to bottom of the list? Do expectations from work prevent you from pursuing the things you really care about? Does becoming more active and eating better just feel too difficult when you’ve got the daily grind to deal with? This is where I can help you.

In response to the global pandemic, and the changes in life we are all experiencing, I am opening up my Wellbeing Life Coaching services from Wednesday 6th May. I will also continue to run FitBee which is for women who want to live an active lifestyle. All my consultations are online.

To find out more (and possibly win some great self-care prizes too), book a place at my Launch party at this link>

Thanks for reading, and good luck with the road ahead,

In a world that is changing rapidly it can be difficult to adapt. The first few weeks of lock down I froze! In theory I could have carried on working but I was worried, anxious, unsure if I could. Now I have a routine with exercise, work and home life which has certainly eased my lock down experience. For those feeling stuck or lost having a wellbeing life coach to guide you and support you will help massively!
